Data controller and personal data
Data controller: Bingo Villalba, Honorio Lozano, 14, 28400 Collado Villalba, info@bingovillalba.com. If you write to us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process your data (name, contact details and the content of your message) only to answer your enquiry, on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying; we keep it for as long as needed for that and then for the period required by law. We do not share data with third parties unless required by law. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to that address, and you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
If you sign up for offers, we use your name, surname, email and phone only to send you news and offers from Bingo Villalba, on the basis of your consent, and we keep them until you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time from any email or by writing to info@bingovillalba.com. Over-18s only.
If you send us your application through Work with us, we use your details and CV only to assess it, on the basis of your consent, and we keep them only for as long as the recruitment process lasts. Automated tools, including artificial intelligence, help us organise each application before a person reviews it; no decision is taken automatically. You can ask us to delete your data at any time at info@bingovillalba.com.
Cookies
Without your consent, this website only uses what it needs to work and stores your cookie choice in your browser.
If you click «Accept and close» in the notice shown on your first visit (where «Reject» is given equal weight), we use Google Analytics to know how many visits the website receives and how it is used: which pages are viewed, the approximate country and city, the type of device and browser, and where visitors come from (a search engine, a social network or another website). It is provided by Google Ireland Limited; it sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies, which last up to 2 years, and Google keeps that data for 14 months. We do not use it for advertising or to identify you, and Google may process data in the United States under the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with «Cookie settings», at the foot of every page: when you do, we delete those cookies from your browser.
The Google Maps frame on the home page may set its own technical cookies.
