Gambling is entertainment
At Bingo Villalba we want gaming to always be fun. Only play with money you can afford to lose, set a time and money limit before you start and never try to win back losses. Gambling is not a way to make money or a solution to financial problems. Excessive gambling can lead to addiction.
Over-18s only
Entry is forbidden to minors and to people listed in the Register of Gambling Access Bans. All customers identify themselves with a valid ID card, NIE or passport at the venue's admission desk.
Self-exclusion
Anyone can ask to be listed in the Community of Madrid Register of Gambling Access Bans, which bars entry to gaming venues in the region: information and application on the electronic office (in Spanish). For online gambling and lotteries there is also the General Register of Gambling Access Bans (RGIAJ) of the Directorate General for Gambling Regulation: information and registration (in Spanish).

The venue's staff are trained to give information about responsible gambling, handle any self-exclusion request and provide leaflets from associations for the prevention and treatment of gambling addiction.
